Welcome to LI Parent Source! We are the parents of two great kids ages 4 and 1, native Long Islanders who decided to raise our family here.
In a family where both parents work full time outside of the home, we're always short on time. Weekends are spent running errands, cleaning up from the previous week and preparing for the coming week. The first in our group of friends to have children, we didn't have alot of information on things to do, places to go and fun activities for the kids. With no time to comb various internet sites or read through the many community mailers we receive at home, frustration was at an all time high. Turning our frustrations into a big positive, LIParentSource was born.
Our main goal is to support Long Island parents by offering a broad range of useful information in a straighforward and organized way on various family events and child related information. Our purpose is to make life easier by providing one centralized place for parents to efficiently do their research from home. We also support local family friendly businesses by providing them a great way to promote their products or services.
