One of the many benefits of advertising on LIParentSource.com is the personal attention you will receive. You can change the wording, images and details of your listing at any time. We work with you to get the most visibility for your events, classes and promotions. Your business will have an opportunity to post special discounts on our local perks and be included in our newsletters that currently reach over 2,500 subscribers.  The purpose of our website is to connect with the community, and we want you to have a positive experience and the best opportunity to reach the market you are targeting. We offer the most affordable localized advertising and will work with you to put together the best package to meet the needs of your business.

Business Listings:

LIParentSource.com Local Resource directory for businesses & non-profits 

Basic Package - $600/year

• Your listing will appear under all applicable categories,
• Listing includes: business name, address, phone number and paragraph description,
  
• You will receive a link back to your website,
• Access to post calendar events & local perks on LIParentSource.com,
  
• Invitation to the annual LIParentSource.com Mixer (for listed businesses & sponsors only).

Logo Package - $700/year

• All of the benefits of the basic package, plus
• Your logo will be included in your listing
  

Certain Non-Profit Groups, Direct Sales Consultants, Daycares, Preschools and Religious Organizations may be eligible to register for the Basic Package at a rate of $300 per year.

Add a Personal Page option

• If you do not have your own website, we can build a "personal page" with a link for your business for an additional, one time fee of $150 (a change fee of $25 will be charged for any updates). This page will include your logo, menu, a more detailed description of your business and/or schedule. Please send an email with text, logos, photos that you would like on your personal page.

E-Newsletter Advertising

LIParentSource.com's email newsletter is distributed to over 2,500 families weekly

Two Fee Options: 

• Feature your business logo & 1 line description, $150
• Paragraph (up to 65 words) about your business with or without logo, $175
• For business not already listed on the site, logo only, $225
• If you prepay for 4 newsletters, you will receive a 15% discount (25% for non-profits)
  
• Fill out online contract to submit your ad and specify run date in comments section
• Please email your logo in .jpg format

Reach your target audience by having LIParentSource.com provide In-Kind Media Sponsorship for your event or utilize our Non-Profit Media Package

In-Kind Sponsorship

We have over 2,500 families receiving our weekly e-newsletter and are receiving over 150,000 hits per month.

• Promotion in 2 newsletters, value $300
• Listing on the LIParentSource.com Events Calendar with logo, value $500

Non-Profit Event Media Support Package/ $150

Due to limited in-kind sponsorship opportunities, we also offer a reduced rate package to help promote your event.

PAYMENT: The fee is $150 plus tickets to event & LIParentSource.com postcards distributed.

• Promotion in 2 newsletters, value $300
• Listing on the Events Calendar with your logo, value $500
  
• Special event page if requested (flyer needs to be provided), value $500

Misc. Details:

• We can post all of your CALENDAR EVENTS!  If you would like us to post your events to our calendar, the fee is $150 per year.  Ask us for details.
• Payments: All businesses are required to pay the annual fee to receive the listed package rates.  All package prices are based upon a one year contract.
• If you would like to have your listing split into 2 payments, there is a 10% surcharge added to your listing fee.
• If you would like to pay on a monthly basis, the fee is $75 per month.  This can not be applied to the annual fee if you decide to convert.  The reason we do not encourage the monthly format is that it is not a service to parents.  Our site works because parents know that they can find resources year round.
